Full Job Description
Are you ready to make a real difference? We're looking for an experienced Funding Officer to secure vital funding for projects that empower communities and drive positive change in West Northamptonshire. You'll work with a range of funding sources to deliver initiatives that strengthen community cohesion and address key local priorities. The role has been assigned part-flexible worker status which means you will be expected to be in the office 1-2 days per week.
We're looking for someone with a proven track record in securing funding, ideally in local government or community settings. You'll thrive under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and build strong relationships with internal and external partners. If you're a proactive problem-solver with great communication skills and relevant experience, we want to hear from you!
At West Northants Council, it's about our people. People who thrive with ambition, bubble with new ideas, demand better ways of working, caring about every detail, and who never shy away from a challenge.
