Full Job Description

This role is home-based in the North Wales Area. This role is covering maternity leave. Working days and hours spread across the working week are open for negotiation, with a preference for a Monday working to join team meetings. As a Hate Crime Training & Engagement Officer, you will;

  • Help to develop and coordinate range of engagement and promotion activities aligned to the priorities of the local service.
  • To increase community engagement in the area.
  • To work with the team to develop and deliver a variety of training packages to relevant community partners promoting the work of Victim Support services.
  • To develop and expand awareness of support available, from the local service, people affected by crime with partner agencies and community groups.
  • Develop and maintain effective working relationships with local organisations with and community leaders.
