Full Job Description
- To participate in relevant meetings/attend training as required and ensure Health and Safety requirements for the premises and staff are met in line with Thurrock Council Policies and Protocols.
Experience in clerical duties is essential and of working families.
- Ability to use computer-based systems including Microsoft Office and Management Information Systems that will provide a variety of statistics, reports, monitoring and data to meet requirements and needs where required.
- Effectively support all Family Hub staff to secure service excellence and work in a helpful and courteous manner.
- To be organised, an effective communicator and work as part of a team.
- Demonstrate resilience, flexibility and the ability to be responsive to the day to day needs of the service., Experience in clerical duties essential and of working with families.
- Ability to use a variety of computer packages.
- Valid UK driver's licence and use of car.
- Standard Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check is required for this post.
