Full Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic leader to complement our team to work alongside the wider clinical leadership team in driving forward change for same day care.
You will also have responsibilities for the governance, budget, performance management and working in tandem with the Service Manager across the Minor Injury Units as well as the GP Out of Hours Service. Physical presence on site including in the out of hours period and weekends, is key in this role as is being part of the on call rota.
We are looking for someone who can demonstrate experience of project work, to be proactive in delivering change whilst ensuring the team around you are fully immersed in driving forward our services and supported with change. You will be involved with systemwide working as well as alignment with Senior Clinical Leads in other pathways, so experience of cohesive working, as well as appropriate delegation, is essential., We hope that the advert has given you a clear understanding of the skills we are seeking and the opportunity at hand.
