Full Job Description
We are recruiting for a Teacher of Pre-Prep. Cokethorpe Prep School is a small, friendly and vibrant school of around 120 pupils from Reception to Year 6, which forms part of the through school to 18. The School ethos of a liberal education emphasizes a creative curriculum, challenge for all and pastoral care centred around developing emotional intelligence in our pupils. Person Specification
- Proven suitability to work with children
- A willingness to undertake further training to develop professional knowledge
- An excellent classroom practitioner, passionate about achieving the best outcomes and demonstrating high expectations for all children in the School
- Committed to creating a happy, safe and challenging learning environment
- Willing to contribute to the wider School life, particularly Cokethorpe sport
- Enthusiastic about working as part of a team and is open to new ideas
- Reliable, robust and prepared to work hard for the benefit of the pupils
- Excellent interpersonal skills with colleagues, parents and pupils.
