Full Job Description
Some personal care will need to help change the boy due to double incontinence, though he can tell you when he needs changing., It is important to note that Choices and Rights are not the employer, we act on the employer's behalf and we cannot be held responsible for any actions arising from your employment. The ideal PA will love children and have a playful aspect to their nature, they will be kind and caring and preferably able to drive but this is not essential. Experience of working with disabled children would be an advantage but is not a necessity.
