You will be responsible for assisting our Cook in preparing nutritious and appetising meals whilst ensuring compliance with all aspects of Food Hygiene and Health and Safety. Other duties will include the setting up and clearing away of tables and general cleaning duties.

• The ability to build good relationships with adults and children based on mutual respect.
• Knowledge of basic food safety. This would be an advantage, but not essential as full training will be given.

• The ability to work on their own and as part of a team.
You will need:
• A positive attitude and the willingness to learn new skills.
• Flexibility and the willingness to assist with other catering duties., Welsh language level - Verbal: Level 1 - You will need a basic knowledge of Welsh. Reasonable support can be provided on appointment to reach this level..
