Full Job Description
We are looking predominantly for service people who can deliver a "Make Their Day" service on a daily basis. The Café at Selby is fast paced and very busy during lunch times service , mainly serving hospital staff and visitors and we require someone with lots of drive and energy, with a "can do" attitude.

The Café opens from 8am-3pm, Monday to Friday and shift patterns could be any time within the opening hours. Every day is different and tasks include working on the tills, serving on hot counters, working in pot wash or wiping tables and sweeping floors. Exciting times also lay ahead as their are plans to introduce new food concepts. Duties are, but not limited to:
- Working on the tills and cash handling
- Serving on hot counter
- Sandwich artist working on the deli counter
- Wiping tables and sweeping floor
- Working in pot wash
- Helping out working in the wards serving food to patients
