The purpose of the Mobile General Assistant role is to deliver a variety of services to the required standard and specification. The role will be mobile covering a geographic area but may also be required to support other properties within the locality when needed. Providing services which support our customers in enabling excellent patient care within NHS Property Service Buildings. There remit includes:

• Delivering high standards of service across all activities undertaken
• Providing a high level of customer service
• Promoting NHS PS values and behaviours
• Maintaining professional relationships with service providers on site., Timely delivery of a full range of service to include but not limited to:
• Open/ Close Building
• Undertaking weekly tests, e.g. Fire alarm tests
• Litter picking
• Flushing of Little used outlets
• Undertaking minor tasks as assigned via the CORE system, i.e. replacing broken fixtures and fittings
• Providing Cover/support for sites where required.
  
  Experience working in a customer focused environment
• Experience of following Standard Operating Procedures and Safe Systems of Work
• Effective communication skills both verbally and written
• Positive attitude to learning
• Training will be provided on the job thorough a combination of instruction and practice or by attending training sessions.
