Full Job Description
+ Day to Day running of 24 hour Bistro and other Retail & hospitality Catering outlets and occasional cover in Patient Services. + Cooking and reheating of food. + Ordering and controlling of stock. + Supervision of staff in both Bistros. + Food Safety management system + Allocate/Rosters/staff annual leave + Training of staff. + Keeping records up to date + Dealing with complaints + Cash handling + Increase Footfall and salesWorking for our organisation Our staff oversee around 6,500 patient contacts every day, delivering high standards of healthcare from the following sites:
- Freeman Hospital
- Royal Victoria Infirmary (RVI)
- Health Innovation Neighbourhood (on the former Newcastle General Hospital and Centre for Ageing and Vitality site)
- Newcastle Dental Hospital
- Newcastle Fertility Centre
- Northern Centre for Cancer Care, North Cumbria
- Northern Genetics Service
