We are currently recruiting for a new Senior Supervisor to join our team at the Bristol Haematology and Oncology Centre to help us keep our hospitals clean and our patients fed. Your day-to-day activities will include:

Managing a large team who are responsible for duties, including: cleaning of wards and general areas; regenerating and serving food to our patients during mealtimes; serving hot drinks and the collection of clinical and non-clinical waste
Completing relevant checklists and other paperwork related to the role
Managing staff in line with Trust policies and procedures; including absence, annual leave and performance
Supporting new employees into the team
Assisting in recruitment and selection of staff when necessary

Do you have experience as a team leader or supervisor in a customer facing environment? Would you like to make a difference to patient care within the NHS? Do you have the commitment and drive to work in one of the busiest hospitals in the country?, Have experience of supervising a team
Be used to working in large teams of people in a busy environment
Have a friendly, approachable personality, with a good work ethic
Be flexible to undertake a range of tasks if necessary
Be able to communicate with different types of people; including patients, visitors, senior managers and other departments, Disability Confident
