Job ref: 9d8984b6d005455ba9b4fcc90921b264
Full Job Description
This is an excellent opportunity to work with a leading property maintenance company. You will be involved in all aspects of the maintenance side of our growing company and will be expected to learn about, understand and assist the team with the day to day running of the company and our goals.
As a part of the maintenance team, you will be committed towards ensuring the managed portfolio of properties are in a high state of repair. From touching up the paintwork to fixing a broken door closer, from repairing a leaking tap to PAT testing appliances, you will called upon to complete a wide variety of jobs across our portfolio. Given the nature of this role it is important that you have experience in property maintenance. Whether you are a painter and decorator, a plumber, a joiner, an electrician or just an all-round 'handyman', we would love to hear from you.
You will be working as part of the Heaton Property Maintenance team in and out of an office and home environment, dealing with clients and sub-contractors both face to face and on the phone, so a 'cando' attitude is a prerequisite. You will need good communication skills, a strong, friendly personality and an eye for detail. We are a multidisciplinary team and frequently adapt our roles. We expect all of our team to work towards relevant qualifications and ongoing training is actively encouraged.
You must have a full driving licence.
