Full Job Description
As an Estimator, you will be responsible for producing accurate and competitive cost estimates for CAT A & B fit-out works. You will collaborate closely with clients, project managers, and subcontractors to ensure the successful delivery of projects on time and within budget.,
- Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for CAT A & B fit-out projects.
- Review tender documentation, drawings, and specifications to produce comprehensive estimates.
- Identify project risks and provide solutions to mitigate cost variations.
- Work with project teams to manage budgets and control costs throughout the lifecycle of each project.
- Liaise with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors to gather pricing information and ensure project requirements are met.
- Provide regular cost reports and updates to senior management.
Proven experience as an Estimator, ideally within CAT A & B fit-out projects. - Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and cost management.
- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
