Full Job Description
Come and make a difference at Karbon as a Heating Compliance Officer (HCO), The role has become available due to our continued growth in the North-East and as part of our on-going commitment to provide as many good quality homes as we can; to deliver excellent service to our customers; and to shape strong, sustainable places for our communities.
We are looking to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced individual to undertake the role of Heating Compliance Officer within our Property Services team. The role available is within our Heating Compliance Team based at Newburn working in the Northeast Area., We are looking for a Heating Compliance Officer to join the team to assist Karbon Homes in delivering excellent service, repair and maintenance programs that promotes a culture of customer first, continuous improvement with a commitment to quality and compliance. You must have the relevant qualifications and skills necessary to oversee all aspects of heating works to a high standard. Working in occupied and void, domestic and non-domestic premises, from servicing to installations and repairs, ensuring the quality of delivery and certificates thereafter are befitting of the task, including work in progress and post work audits on internal and external heating engineers and contractors. You should hold relevant qualifications (refer to person specification), experience and practical skills and knowledge of such subjects as Plumbing, Gas, ASHP, Oil, LPG, Solid Fuel service, installation and remedial works. Customer service skills are essential for this role, as is an excellent knowledge of health and safety. A full UK driving license is essential.

- Heating Compliance Officer - Permanent + Salary is £38,331 per annum plus a Karbon car payment of £2260 per annum o Location: Throughout the Northeast # 37 Hours per week We recognise the contribution people with criminal records can make as colleagues and we welcome all applications.
