Full Job Description
In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for customer enquiries, handling calls and emails with care and efficiency. You'll support our Shared Ownership sales process by managing incoming queries, progressing legal documentation for signing and sealing, and helping to ensure every customer interaction reflects the high standards we set as a team. Your day-to-day work will also involve processing purchase orders and invoices, taking reservation payments, updating internal systems, and liaising with various departments to make sure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. You'll also be in regular contact with senior stakeholders and our legal teams to help support key milestones in the sales journey. This is a great opportunity to develop your understanding of our sales strategy, products, and customer journey - all while being part of a team that genuinely takes pride in delivering great outcomes. Please note that is role will require weekly office presence; Tuesday at our Worcester site and Wednesday at our Birmingham site (Birmingham Business Park), to support our sales teams.
You'll have great administration experience whilst being able to offer great customer service, dealing with inbound calls. You'll sign post accordingly or take ownership of these calls whilst maintaining great service. You'll be confident communicating with colleagues and customers alike, and comfortable managing a busy workload with changing priorities. You'll have a natural ability to stay organised and be proactive in solving problems before they escalate. Experience within a housing, sales, or legal setting would be a bonus, but it's not essential - what's most important is your ability to provide excellent customer service, remain focused, and support the team with a positive, can-do attitude.
