Full Job Description
As a Customer Service Coordinator you will be managing a portfolio of customers, you will have the opportunity to build good relationships with those customers which will also allow you to be reactive to issues before they become a problem. Providing excellent customer service should be a passion of yours, where you love to go the extra mile and take huge amounts of pride in your work., n
- Delivering second to none customer service to the customers, dealing with a wide range of day-to-day queries around, orders, products and returns.\n
- Communicating clearly and working closely with your sales Manager.\n
- Build and develop strong relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure customer needs are met.\n
- Handling customer calls and emails in relation to orders, delivery and general enquiries.\n
- Ordering processing and fulfilment for assigned customers.\n
- Processing customer returns\n
