In order to be considered, you must have the following experience;

• Customer-Focused Mindset - Passion for delivering great service with care and professionalism.
• Positive & Proactive Attitude - A team player with a can-do approach.
• Basic IT Skills - Familiarity with Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, plus a willingness to learn our diagnostic tools (training provided).
• Comfort with Heights - Some work may require using ladders to maintain our overhead network, but full training and support will be given.
• Full UK Driving License - If you don't have one yet, you'll need to obtain it before the end of your probation period, Strong Communication Skills - Ability to engage with customers and collaborate with colleagues.
• Teamwork & Influence - A natural problem-solver who can inspire and support those around them.
• Independence & Self-Awareness - Confidence in managing tasks while recognizing areas for growth.
