Customer Engagement: Act as the primary contact for service department customers, delivering exceptional service and addressing their needs.
Service Scheduling: Coordinate customer service appointments with the service team and workshop controller, ensuring timely and efficient scheduling.
Maintenance Oversight: Verify vehicle maintenance intervals and ensure accurate planning for service needs.
Customer Interaction: Greet customers professionally, understand their requirements, and facilitate smooth service processes.
Workshop Efficiency: Collaborate with the Workshop Controller, and Service Advisors to optimise workshop capacity and productivity
Sales Opportunities: Proactively promote products and services, highlighting benefits to customers.
Accurate Documentation: Ensure job card instructions are precise for technicians and invoicing teams.
Administrative Support: Manage required administrative tasks efficiently, including coordinating with dealer-point managers and workshop supervisors.
