Within Finance Operational Support (FOS) we are continually working to ensure the services we deliver support the wider business, our service users, and our customer journey too. We have recently transformed the service we provide to Adults Social Care delivering Financial Support to Adults Direct Payments. Due to internal progression we are now looking for an additional Direct Payment Auditor to join the team. You will be responsible for reviewing spend on Direct Payment Accounts so attention to detail is key. You will also be liaising with service users, adult social care colleagues as well as other members of the team so good communication skills are essential. Ideally you will have a knowledge of Adults Direct Payments but more importantly is a willingness to learn new processes and improve service delivery.
