  • Lead and manage a team of Jeopardy Co-Ordinators, ensuring our field teams are equipped with the right tasks at the right time.
  • Oversee team performance with fairness and efficiency, setting clear goals, offering coaching, and supporting the professional development of your team.
  • Contribute to the group's strategic vision, delivering exceptional results and building focused, high-performing teams.
  • Work closely with the FSM Operations Manager to identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities, creating streamlined and cost-effective processes.

    In order to be considered, you must have the following experience;
  • Significant experience and proven ability in managing people and teams to deliver on business objectives in a fast moving, dynamic and changing environment
  • Significant experience in a similar management role.
  • Proven experience of using data to drive improvements and instigate automation
  • Demonstrable strong influencing and persuasion skills, encouraging colleagues and teams to change established processes and achieve improvements and best practice

  • Superior written and verbal communications skills and experience creating high quality presentations for executive audiences
  • Highly motivated with strong levels of commitment to deliver value and benefit to the business
  • IT literate with standard Web based and MS-office applications
