Full Job Description
We are looking to recruit a highly motivated, enthusiastic caretaker to support Whitcliffe Mount with its daily premises needs. The ideal candidate will:
- Ability to work in an environment of constant change and pressure where an amount of personal decision-making and judgement is required.
- Excellent communication skills including verbal communication skills in order to liaise with young people and other staff members.
- Commitment to the safeguarding of children.
- Ability to work with a wide range of people of all ages from different backgrounds with different needs and to respond accordingly to support those needs.
- Knowledge of Health and Safety legislation and relevant COSHH and ESCC regulations.
- A willingness to undertake further development/training as appropriate. At SHARE MAT, we aim to:
