We are seeking a highly motivated, well-qualified, and forward-thinking Programme Manager who will play a pivotal role in managing the delivery of our IT, Business, and Employability curriculum tailored for adult learners. This dynamic role calls for someone with a proven track record of innovation and excellence in both curriculum development and implementation. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated success in managing and inspiring a team of teachers within an education-focused environment. A strong foundation in delivering qualifications such as Essential Digital Skills, Health and Safety, and ICDL (International Computer Driving License) is essential. Your deep knowledge and hands-on experience will guide the successful delivery of these programmes, ensuring our learners thrive. You will hold a recognised teaching qualification alongside relevant subject-specific qualification. Furthermore, you bring to the table expertise in assessment practices and Internal Quality Assurance, underscoring your commitment to maintaining and enhancing educational standards.
