In the first year they will teach a significantly reduced timetable and will receive training at Rugby School. In the second year they will continue to teach on a reduced timetable while also completing an IPGCE with an external teacher training provider. The School will fund and support this training.

As a coaching school we are looking for colleagues who are committed improving as teachers and who value personal growth. We offer a varied programme of professional development, including in-house leadership courses for aspiring middle and senior leaders. Our aim is to ensure our colleagues are prepared well for the next step in their career.
