Contract: Part-Time (2 Days Per Week)

The position of part-time (2 days per week) Conference and Events Administrator at Magdalen College has become available. This is an exciting opportunity to work alongside a small team responsible for the management of conference and events at the College booking and overseeing of College conferences, dinners, weddings and filming along with other types of events.

Applicants should be proactive and organised, demonstrating excellent customer service skills, with experience of events administration. Excellent organisational skills are required with a good attention to detail, the ability to organise and prioritise a complex diary and multiple commitments and the ability to deal with a range of different events and unforeseen circumstances, calmly and efficiently.
