Full Job Description

The main duties include locating and providing patient records required for outpatient clinics. The records will need to be checked and tidied up before being presented to the medical staff. You will be using the main hospital computer system (CaMIS) to locate and update destination information for the records as well as producing documentation required for each patient attendance.

Good interpersonal and communication skills are essential for this role with an ability to work in a calm methodical working manner.
