Temporary - Maternity Cover (24th March 2025 to 26th December 2025)

An opportunity has arisen for the appointment of a Family Group Conference Community Support Worker within the Family Resource Team, based at the Family Centre, Wesley Street, Cwmbran.

Torfaen's Family Resource Team provides a diverse range of community-based services to children and their families. You will be joining a well-established team of experienced Social Workers, Community Support Workers and other professionals.
