Chetham's School of Music is seeking a IT/AV Technician to join the internationally renowned specialist music school located in city centre Manchester. This is a full-time position; 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
You will assist with the secure and safe setup of IT and AV equipment and software
Check teaching and practice rooms to ensure IT and AV equipment is in good order
Provide assistance to staff and students on the basic use of IT equipment and software
Maintain user accounts and permissions on IT systems
Assist with diagnosis and resolution of basic IT/AV faults and issues
Staff the IT helpdesk and process jobs according to agreed standards
Salary - £28,166 per annum (Scale Point 18)
