Where will you be working? M Group Rail and Aviation Aviation- Our Aviation team works across a wide range of specialist civil, mechanical and electrical engineering works including major international airports, regional airports and RAF airfields. • Controlling safety, quality & environmental activities
• Carrying out Site Supervision
• Toolbox talks & HSEQ briefings
• Delivery of works to program & budget
• Temporary Works Supervision
• Excavation Supervision
• Client liaison
  
  Previous experience in a supervisory role within a safety critical environment - desirable
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to get the most out of the people working for you
• Willingness to work nights
• SSSTS with SMSTS desirable
• SSSTS
• CSCS Card
• People Management / Site Management
• Ability to obtain airside pass
• Briefings and tool box talks
• Control of site safety and quality, AGL Knowledge
• Aviation experience
• Electrical Project Delivery experience
• Working to standards and specifications
• Order and management of plant and materials
• Willing to travel around framework airports (Manchester, East Midlands, Stansted)
