Full Job Description
+ Minimum 5 years experience in troubleshooting and repairing mechanical equipment within in the Print on Demand (POD) print industry.
+ Hold a mechanical or electrical engineering qualification, or equivalent qualification.
+ Strong customer management and communication skills with an excellent telephone manner.
+ Ability to work under pressure and understand the need to adapt and be flexible to suit business needs.
+ Confident and able to use initiative with high levels of motivation, drive, and enthusiasm.
+ Ability to work autonomously and to build strong working relationships with customers and colleagues.
+ Full UK driving licence. Willingness to travel/stay away overnight.
+ Attend high level training courses and be able to cascade that training on a local level.
+ Attend escalations and liaise with 2nd level support.
