Full Job Description
In this rewarding leadership role, you will oversee a dedicated, multidisciplinary team that are committed to delivering high-quality mental health care to Veterans, Reservists, and Service Leavers. This team is unique in that we cover the six counties of the East of England and comprise of six contracted partner organisations.As a Deputy Regional Lead, you will be at the heart of this dynamic team. The role requires working closely with the multiple different clinical and non-clinical organisations that make up the Op COURAGE service, helping to ensure that team working is as effective as possible. The role ranges from day-to-day team operations to strategic planning and implementation, as well as opportunity for providing briefings and educating others about the Armed Forces Community.,
- Lead and Inspire: Provide leadership and support to a talented team of clinical and non-clinical staff from different organisations, ensuring high standards of care, professional development, and ongoing engagement across the team.
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with the Regional Lead to develop and implement service improvement plans, adapting swiftly to meet emerging needs and challenges.
- Operational Oversight: Oversee day-to-day operations, including caseload management, resource allocation, and service delivery to ensure our clients receive timely, effective, and compassionate care.
- Multifaceted Approach: Take on diverse responsibilities, including safeguarding, risk management, and complex case reviews, all while balancing clinical and operational demands. You will:
- Bring strong clinical expertise and a proven track record in mental health services, ideally within a community setting.
- Be a natural leader with experience in managing teams, inspiring confidence, and supporting professional development.
