Social Value Manager - Infrastructure Location - Cheltenham What you will be doing: This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about their local community and cares about people, to join a business where we empower you to deliver benefits and initiatives that help those very people. This is a hands-on role, balanced with the need for strategic thinking and long-term planning
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive social value strategy with a 12-month roadmap and team accountability.
- Support the implementation of employment and skills plans.
- Deliver on agreed targets set via the Social Value Portal.
- Ensure monthly reporting of data (including Galliford Try, Arcadis, and supply chain) with supporting evidence.
- Lead and evolve the Social Value Delivery Group for the project.
- Align social value efforts with client vision and long-term legacy goals.
- Work with Arcadis and supply chain partners to deliver and align key social value outcomes to core targets.

Strong written, presentation, and advanced communication skills with experience engaging internal and external stakeholders. - Proven ability to manage information flow, time, and outcomes effectively.
- Knowledgeable in the National TOMs framework and related social value guidance.
- Proficient in Microsoft 365; highly IT literate.
- Holds a UK driver's license with travel flexibility; a degree is preferred but not essential.
