We are committed to fostering a culture of continuous improvement, and supporting the development of Integrated Neighbourhood Teams (INTs)., The Role: As a QI Manager, you will be a key member of our Improvement Community Team, providing leadership and expertise in quality and service improvement projects. Your primary focus will be supporting the development of INTs through system improvement coaching, enabling effective and collaborative delivery of new ways of working in integrated care. Flexibleworking options available - minimum 12 hrs per week required up to 15 hrs per week., Key Responsibilities: Co-lead the development of strong working relationships with INTs. Work closely with INT teams to understand their local priorities and needs and agree plans to work together. Design and deliver improvement coaching sessions, promoting co-production, use of measurement and collaboration. Support teams to achieve their objectives through strategic system thinking, technical application of improvement methodology, and relational approaches. Collaborate with the Improvement Community Programme Manager on the continued development of our Coaching for System Improvement methodology. Communicate progress, learning, and evaluation to key stakeholders and groups.
- Educated to degree level with additional specialist knowledge or equivalent experience.
- Recognised quality improvement training (e.g., QSIR practitioner, Flow Coaching Academy Coach).
- Extensive experience in quality improvement and service redesign methodologies in a health and care settings.
- Proven ability to lead teams through complex change and work at a senior level in health and care settings.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and training skills.
- Good appreciation of health and care systems at a neighbourhood level.
- Adept at working across organisational boundaries.
- Ability to work flexibly across Gloucestershire and travel between sites as required.
