Full Job Description

Join the Close Brothers Retail Team where you will be responsible for building and sustaining relationships with our broker accounts. Working as part of the Retail team our ideal team member will have previous experience in being responsible for sales and sales support functions, ensuring the business taken on is within the set parameters with excellent customer service skills. RESPONSIBILITIES
- Carry out duties to the company standard policy and procedures
- General sales / relationship management administration duties
- Management APEX Territory Portfolio system
- Utilise all business systems to required standards
- Complete new broker set-up process
- Support the Broker Relationship Manager to onboard collaboratively
- Work in collaboration with the Broker Relationship Managers to review underwriting challenges / declines
- Liaise with operations to ensure timely pay-out of new business
- Act as a primary contact and liaison for all assigned relationships
- Support operations in management of sales related work flow
- Manage dealer partnership management information requests
A strong communicator, with excellent negotiation and influencing skills. - Previous experience in a customer focused environment
- Demonstrable experience of working within a structured process
- Excellent IT Skills (MS Word, Excel and Outlook)
- The ability to work well as part of a team IT IS NOT ESSENTIAL BUT IT WOULD BE GREAT IF YOU HAVE:
- Proven Broker Account business development capability at an appropriate level
- Previous experience of working in business to business sales environment
- Demonstrable experience of a structured sales process
- Knowledge of regulations relating to Compliance, Data Protection, Anti Money Laundering, Consumer Credit Directive and Consumer Credit Act
