Full Job Description

You would provide essential and valued support to the team, helping to ensure our Finance department is working effectively, efficiently and to the highest standards of financial integrity. Your key responsibilities would be:
- Supporting our recurring fees and charges processes.
- Extract and manipulate data sets ahead of quarterly fee runs.
- Support production of MI and compiling ad-hoc and periodic reports.
- Covering for purchase and sales ledger duties when needed.
- Updating daily reconciliations, including bank reconciliations when required. This is not a client-facing role, your main communications will be with your departmental colleagues and other stakeholders from across the firm. We are looking for someone who has built up strong accounting skills and knowledge during their studies and is keen to get stuck in and join a well-established and welcoming team. - Hold degree-level qualification in Finance, Accounting or other related disciplines.
- Good knowledge of basic accounting.
- Confident user of IT software, particularly Microsoft Excel.
- Eager to learn and take on responsibilities.
- Enthusiastic and willing to collaborate with others.
- Ability to adapt and use own initiative.
- Good attention to detail and proven accuracy skills.
- Interest in and willingness to undertake further professional qualifications
