A proven track record in delivering multiple projects and/or work-streams to set deadlines
Strong knowledge and experience of UK DB Pension arrangements, including experience of Data cleansing pension scheme data/pensions data and Guaranteed Minimum Pensions(GMP) projects
Good understanding of manual benefit calculations and processes
Good to have experience in creating bulk solutions to correct pensions data or carry out pension scheme calculations
Knowledge of Guaranteed Minimum Pensions(GMP), GMP Equalisation or GMP Rectification, etc.
Excellent Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel
A clear, concise and confident communicator of complex or technical issues relating to UK pensions and member data to a broad audience
Ability to work both independently and in teams and enjoy a fast-paced environment
An ability to foster and support the delivery of projects within a team environment
Inquisitive, self-starter attitude and ability to work using own initiative
Experience of pension administration systems
