We work collaboratively to help HR & Comms manage a range of central activities including risks and controls, FTE and budgets.   • Assisting with the preparation and tracking of the HR & Comms functional budget and FTE
  • Support with the monitoring and reporting of risks and controls across the function
  • Provide advice and support to team members in relation updating the risk system and reporting incidents and breaches
  • Gather and collate relevant data and insights for risk and finance reporting, including the functional risk board
  • Organising and providing monthly updates and reporting for regular functional returns
  • Support with P2P and supplier management process where necessary, including new supplier onboarding

  • A strong track record of working with figures and budgets
  • A good understanding of risk management and control principles
  • Strong proficiency in using Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Brilliant stakeholder management at all levels in particular leadership level
  • Experience with Procurement and supplier management processes
  • An exceptional ability to maintain focus on key tasks and priorities while ensuring precision and thoroughness.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft clear, concise and coherent sentences.
  • The proven ability to react quickly and effectively to any issues or challenges as well as flexibility to adapt to changing situations or needs daily.
  • It's a bonus if you have but not essential
  • Experience of working in a risk management environment
  • Experience of working within financial services.
