Full Job Description
- Deliver high-quality personal care and emotional support
- Support the care team and take the lead in day-to-day shift duties
- Maintain accurate care records and contribute to care planning
- Promote a warm and inclusive environment for residents and families
- Uphold the highest standards of dignity, respect, and compassion
- Support with training and mentoring junior staff
Level 3 qualification in Health and Social Care (or equivalent) - Experience working as a Healthcare Assistant or Senior in a care home setting
- A genuine passion for providing person-centred care
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Confidence in taking initiative and guiding others
