Windsor Forest College Group is looking for a Learning Support Assistant - PVPtojoin the Schools team at Berkshire College of Agriculture on a term-time contract working on a part-time basis.Learning Support Assistant - PVPWe are seeking a Learning Support Assistant at our BCA Campus to work with learners in our Schools Department. This position offers a 21 hour working week and requires the candidate to work 37 weeks per year.Your role will involve providing support to learners with Special Educational Needs (SEN) to enable them with accessing the curriculum and participating fully in college life.Working under the direction of the Curriculum Leader of the Schools Department, the responsibility of this role will be to assist with teaching, learning, providing educational and mentoring support for students with SEN, and promoting positive relationships and acceptable behaviour.The ideal candidate should have a can-do attitude, be able to build rapport with students and staff, have
