Administrative Assistant Level 1
Permanent: Part time (22.5 hours) term time only.
Grade BB02 Salary £24,027 per annum pro rata - Actual salary £12,251 per annum
This post attracts a Living Wage supplement. In addition to the hourly rate, this post will receive the Living Wage supplement to bring the hourly rate up to a minimum of £12.60 an hour.
The Governing Committee of St. Joseph's are seeking to appoint an effective, enthusiastic and well organised Administrative Assistant to join our dedicated staff team. The successful candidate will have excellent interpersonal, communication, numeracy and ICT skills, a sense of fun and the ability to work accurately under pressure as well as a willingness to be involved in the life of the school.
Experience of working with Arbor would be beneficial although not essential.
The successful candidate will:
- Be fully supportive of the aims and ethos of our Catholic School;
- Experience of working in a professional environment, ideally in a school;
- An outstanding record of working well within a team, demonstrating a positive attitude, good sense of humour and enthusiasm;
- Good organisational and interpersonal skills;
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal;
- A comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Office.
