Assistant Manager
We are thrilled to announce that we’re seeking a passionate and driven individual to join us as the Assistant Manager at The Black Dog, Belmont.
The Black Dog is a picturesque country pub which this year celebrates it’s 200 year anniversary! Located in Belmont and close to Rivington Pike, the pub is very popular with walkers, cyclists and locals alike, along with many customers with paws! The pub is currently undergoing a £200,000 refurbishment which will enhance the pubs great casual dining menu offering, a full wet offer, Sky Sports and TNT, darts board and three ensuite bedrooms which were refurbished in 2024.
We are looking for an Assistant Manager who can help the current pub manager drive this business and make it the heart of the community.
What we’re looking for:
• 6 months Supervisor or Assistant Manager experience in the hospitality industry
• Be able to work evenings and weekends
• Passionate about pubs and selling Beer
• Enthusiasm to lead and motivate your team
• Previous Kitchen experience is great but not essential, or a willingness to learn

Hours: 35+ per week
