Full Job Description
To build a good rapport with all guests and resolve any complaints or issues quickly to maintain high quality customer service
To deal with guest requests to ensure a comfortable stay
To assist in keeping the hotel reception area clean and tidy
Undertake general office duties, including monitoring and responding to emails, filing, general telephone and switchboard duties as appropriate.
Assist in other hotel areas if needed

Offering a competitive salary of up to £12.50 per hour after a 3 month probation period. We also offer continuous all year-round employment - we don't close for the winter months! You also get £50 once you have completed basic Daish's training and if you refer a friend, you'll split £100!
Hours include evenings, weekends and bank holidays.
