- Assist customers with purchases in a polite and courteous manner
- Offer recommendations when possible
- Refresh display areas on a regular basis
- Keep an accurate record of any Sale or Return items and pass this information on to the Resort Retail Manager

- A minimum of 12-18 months' experience in a customer-facing retail role
- Excellent communications skills - both written and oral
- Proven selling skills in a retail environment
- Experience working with high-quality brands
- Experience in achieving daily or monthly retail targets
