Full Job Description
You will be a German and English-speaking Kronos Time and Attendance Professional required to liaise with German and Austrian internal stakeholders to support the vendor in gathering the necessary requirements for setting up a Kronos Pro WFM Time and Attendance system in accordance with the European Blueprint. This role involves direct communication with the internal stakeholders to understand their business needs, compliance requirements, and workforce management processes to ensure a seamless system implementation.,
- Stakeholder Engagement: Conduct meetings with German-speaking stakeholders to gather business requirements related to time and attendance.
- Requirements Gathering: Identify key business processes, workforce scheduling needs, and compliance requirements specific to the German labour market.
- System Configuration Input: Document and translate business requirements into functional specifications for Kronos system setup.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure the Kronos system setup aligns with German labour laws, working time regulations, and union agreements.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the vendor implementation teams, IT project team, local payroll, and HR professionals to ensure a smooth transition.
- Documentation: Provide clear and structured documentation of gathered requirements for internal use and system configuration.
Fluency in German and English (spoken and written). - Proven experience working with Time and Attendance systems, ideally Kronos Pro WFM or Workforce Central.
- Strong understanding of German labour laws and workforce compliance requirements.
- Experience in requirement gathering, stakeholder management, and business process analysis.
- Ability to communicate technical requirements to both business and IT teams.
- Experience in HRIS, Workforce Management, or Payroll systems is an advantage.
