As a Trust HR Advisor, you will deliver a proactive, effective and efficient day-to-day HR service, undertaking a range of HR activities including employee relations case work, compliance, policy guidance, recruitment on-boarding and support the ongoing development of the HR service offering to our Schools across the Trus

• Holds a professional CIPD qualification at Level 5
• Is a confident communicator (written and oral)
• Possesses strong interpersonal skills
• Has experience using iTrent or an HRIS system across the employee lifecycle.
• Works efficiently and effectively, especially under pressure.
• Is accurate with attention to detail and able to meet deadlines
• Is flexible in approach and confident in providing guidance and advice to our Schools
• Understands the difference a great education makes to pupils' lives and our work to support this.
