Full Job Description
You will work alongside a busy and friendly development management team to deliver efficient and timely decisions. The post will provide an excellent opportunity to work within a local planning authority, to gain or further your experience of the overarching planning system.
Essential Requirements Current valid driving licence, you will have either a recognised degree or diploma in town planning (or related subject) that allows membership of the RTPI, or a qualification which gives you eligibility to secure a place on an accredited planning course., You will have the ability to work cooperatively and effectively as part of a multi-disciplinary team and will have excellent organisational, time management and communication skills, with the ability to negotiate effectively both verbally and in writing. You will have a positive 'can do' approach to work with the desire to make a difference to the quality of the built environment.
