  • Your Role, Your Impact As HR Coordinator, you will provide administrative support and guidance throughout the entire employee lifecycle to both the HR Services Team and the wider business. You will work as part of an expert team, responding to daily queries and playing a key role in delivering a first-class HR service to the organisation. Additionally, you will act as an escalation point for the front-line Administration Team on HR inquiries, offering advice with a strong focus on providing an excellent people experience.,
  • You will act as subject matter expert for employee enquiries relating to the employee lifecycle, escalating where appropriate and working with the HR Team Leads so that all queries & requests are responded to within a timely manner
  • Working with and providing support to the wider HR team including Payroll, Recruitment, HRBP and HR Advisors
  • Manually added and allocate new joiners on the monthly tracker
  • Point of escalation for the HR Administrators regarding queries for pre-employment and recruitment checks (e.g. right to work checks, DBS clearances and reference checks)
  • Subject matter expert for system queries
  • Working closely with the Team Leads to identify any gaps in our processes, suggest new procedures and continually strive to improve our service
  • Run monthly system report within SharePoint/ad hoc reports e.g. Manage Engine along with RTW reporting
  • Manage the Visa process

    Experience of relationship and customer stakeholder management
  • Have an eye for accuracy & attention to detail whilst maintaining pace in order to meet agreed service delivery deadlines
  • Good understanding of HR policies and procedures
  • Self-motivated, flexible and experience of using initiative in problem solving, whilst taking responsibility of own workload
  • Ability to build meaningful rapport at all levels and work under pressure
  • Confident, articulate communicator - both orally and in writing; able to build influential and engaging relationships with all colleagues, from site-based colleagues to directors to stakeholders
  • Excellent IT skills, and keep up to date with new technology
