Full Job Description
Reporting directly to the Regional Managing Director you will play a pivotal role in the recruitment, development and retention of new and existing employees.
Our culture 'The Lovell Way' is at the heart of all our organisation and this is an excellent opportunity for someone to engage with the region and nurture a positive working environment.
We are seeking previous hands-on experience in a busy generalist role, managing the end to end employee journey.
You are likely to be Level 5 CIPD qualified and have excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills. Knowledge of iTrent would be advantage as we are starting the process of moving our HR systems onto this platform.
We are committed to creating places for everyone - and that is in the mixed communities we develop, but also ensuring Lovell is a genuinely inclusive place to work. Developing talent is key to achieving this. We understand that the success of our organisation comes from the strengths, skills and personalities of our people. Lovell is an equal opportunities employer who encourage and value diversity and inclusion within our teams.
The Lovell culture is one that has been successful for many years. It is based on empowering colleagues to make decisions at a regional and local level, and to challenge the status quo whilst working as one to achieve our goals and make Lovell a great place to work for all.
