The HR Transformation Manager will oversee and implement HR transformation initiatives in a complex, multinational environment. This individual will play a critical role in aligning HR strategies with organisational objectives, managing change across diverse geographies, and supporting HR change management with a keen focus on detail, confidentiality, and effective collaboration.,

Understand and work within complex HR processes in matrixed, multinational organizations.
Lead multi-country HR change initiatives, designing and implementing organizational change plans with a solid understanding of change principles, theories, and methodologies.
Develop and maintain effective relationships with global business units and HR teams, providing commercially focused support to HR change processes.
Oversee multiple simultaneous change projects, managing priorities to align with strategic objectives.
A data savvy style and able to analyse, interpret and report back key themes and make recommendations.
Take full ownership of end-to-end strategy, processes, and project alignment.

Practical experience with employment legislation, ARD/TUPE, and redundancy processes in key European countries (e.g., UK, Ireland, Germany, France, Netherlands, Italy, Sweden, Spain).
Experience working with European or local country Works Council bodies is a plus.
Highly developed skills in planning, programming, and managing projects, with a strong ability to simplify and solve complex problems.
Data-driven approach to identify key themes, interpret data, and make actionable recommendations.
Versatility in working with diverse situations, individuals, and groups.
Preferable experience with IT services concepts or previous work in telecommunications or technology sectors.
