People Services Business Partner - 12 Month Fixed Term Contract
Location: Milton Keynes (Flexibility to work remotely and onsite)
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, 52 weeks per year
Flexible Working: We welcome applications from those seeking flexible hours
Salary: Up to £42,000 per annum (Subject to Experience)
Apprenticeships: Development opportunities are available through Apprenticeship standards

MK College Group People Services Team has an exciting opportunity for a People Services Business Partner to join the team on a 12 month FTC, working as part of both our Campus and Prison based provision.
As a successful People Services Business Partner, you will complete the operational team for Campus and Prisons, providing advice and guidance to managers and employees on employee relations, change programmes, TUPE, training, and resourcing. You will establish positive working relationships across the board to support the delivery of a proactive HR service. You will act as a guidance point and help to ensure processes are managed within agreed timescales minimising the risk of legal and financial implications.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced HR professional to join our People Services Team, who are all committed to providing a comprehensive service to support and engage our colleagues in building a truly outstanding education institution.
A requirement of the role is to travel to the Campuses based in Milton Keynes and our Prison sites on occasion. MK College support remote and flexible working.
