Love variety, working at pace, and making things happen? If you get a buzz from juggling multiple projects and want to make a real impact in the NHS - we'd love to hear from you. As a Principal Client Performance Lead you'll take ownership of delivering large-scale projects - or multiple smaller ones - that really make an impact. You'll be trusted to get results on time, on budget, and ready for service, all while meeting client expectations. Whether you bring deep expertise in a specific industry, technology, or functional area like sales, account management or procurement, your work will directly influence project success and profitability. This is your chance to lead with confidence, make your mark, and help shape outcomes that matter. Although this position is predominantly home-based, there will be national travel to client sites when required. Whilst we support home working wherever practicable, with several offices across the country, you are always more than welcome to head into your nearest office for the day if you need to see another smiling face! We want you to fulfil your potential, while you're supported, encouraged, inspired and empowered. After all, your success starts with your wellbeing. To say thank you for your efforts, we offer a range of benefits, including a pension, extra annual leave, healthcare, gym membership, dental cover and much more. What you'll be doing:
- Present and explain NHS SBS solutions to clients.
- Lead and deliver ad hoc implementation projects, ensuring quality and consistency.
- Lead key stakeholders and coordinate project teams for effective delivery
- Own solution processes, methodologies, and champion best practice adoption
- Work with the Head of Client Performance, providing regular project updates
- Coordinate financials, including profit & loss and forecasting of time and expenses
- Mentor and support team members, demonstrating strong leadership and line management
- Lead communications across the process community and chair regular meetings
- Work sensitively with clients affected by organisational change (e.g., redundancy)
- Use internal systems and tools to support project success What you'll bring:
- Excellent in all aspects of project management including life cycle, processes, methodologies, change control, configuration management, project scoping, project planning, transition to live support
- Proven financial management experience, including budgeting and forecasting
- Superb communication and presentation abilities
- Confident working with collaborators and building strong relationships
- Experience leading or contributing to change initiatives aligned to business goals
- Analytical and problem-solving approach
- Team-oriented with a collaborative working style It would be great if you had:
- Understanding of Oracle 12 and/or Fusion applications.
- Experience working within NHS organisations.
- Project Management qualification. If you are interested in this role but not sure if your skills and experience are exactly what we're looking for, please do apply, we'd love to hear from you! Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent. Location: Hybrid (Home-based with regular travel). Security Clearance Level: DBS. Internal Recruiter: Becky. Salary: £45k- £60kpa. Benefits: £5,400 car allowance, 25 days annual leave with the option to buy extra days, private medical, life assurance, pension, and generous flexible benefits fund.
